Copy, reproduce, or distribute materials without authorization
Attempt to reverse engineer or extract proprietary frameworks

3. Intellectual Property

All content, including CECS™, templates, frameworks, and materials, are the exclusive property of NJW Co. LLC.

Protected under copyright, trademark, and applicable laws.

Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

4. Purchases and Payments

All purchases are processed through secure third-party providers.

By purchasing CECS™, you agree to:

Provide accurate billing information
Pay all applicable fees

All sales are final unless otherwise stated.

NJW Co. is not a law firm.

All materials are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute legal advice.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NJW Co. shall not be liable for:

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Business losses, compliance failures, or penalties

Use of CECS™ is at your own risk.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold NJW Co. harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:

Your use of CECS™
Your business operations
Misuse of materials

8. Termination

NJW Co. reserves the right to terminate access to its Sites or products at any time for violations of these Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.

10. Changes

NJW Co. may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

Return and Refund Policy

NJW Co. LLC Refund Policy

California Employer Compliance System™ (CECS™)

1. Overview

NJW Co. LLC (“NJW Co.”) provides digital products, including the California Employer Compliance System™ (“CECS™”).

Due to the nature of digital content, all purchases are subject to the terms outlined in this Refund Policy.

2. Digital Product Policy (No Refunds)

All CECS™ purchases are final and non-refundable once access or download has been provided.

Because CECS™ is delivered as a digital product (e.g., downloadable files), it is considered consumed upon delivery and cannot be returned.

3. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only under the following limited circumstances:

Duplicate purchase (same product purchased more than once)
Technical failure preventing access to the product that NJW Co. cannot resolve
Incorrect charge due to a billing error

All exception requests are reviewed at NJW Co.’s sole discretion.

4. Request Process

Requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.

5. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting NJW Co. to resolve the issue may result in:

Immediate revocation of access to CECS™
Termination of license
Restriction from future purchases

6. Unauthorized Use

If CECS™ materials have been downloaded, accessed, or used, the purchase is considered fulfilled and not eligible for refund.

7. Policy Enforcement

NJW Co. reserves the right to:

Deny refund requests that do not meet the criteria
Investigate suspected abuse of this policy
Update this policy at any time
